Job Title: Customer Experience Advisor
Salary: £25,200 per annum, rising to £26,250 after successful probation
Location: Anchor Head Office, Bradford
Hours: Full-time and part-time positions available; candidates must be able to work until 6 pm and Saturdays as part of a rotating schedule.
Contract: 12 months fixed term
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? We’re looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to be a vital part of our team.

- Communication skills are excellent, allowing you to adapt your style for different audiences in writing and speaking.

- You are motivated and driven, always aiming high and striving to achieve your goals.
- You value teamwork, stepping in to support colleagues even outside your usual responsibilities.
About the Role:
You’ll be one of the first points of contact for people seeking housing, home ownership, or care solutions.
- Build relationships with residents, customers, and external professionals.
- Help identify and deliver tailored solutions that meet diverse needs.
- Work closely with different teams across the organisation to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Embrace our ‘Best Customer Service’ culture by showing empathy and efficiency in everything you do.
- Take a customer-centric approach, aiming for one-touch, first-time resolutions.
Skills and Experience:
- You are adaptable and able to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide variety of people.
- You are confident with Microsoft Office and keen to learn new systems.
- You plan and prioritise tasks efficiently, keeping your workload under control.
- You notice details others might miss, preventing issues before they escalate.
- You think ahead, anticipating questions and preparing solutions in advance.
- You are a team player, happy to share knowledge and support your colleagues.
- You focus on customers, showing care and understanding in every interaction.
