Job Title: Food and Beverage Assistant
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
Hours: 12 hours per week - Over a two-day period (Monday & Tuesday) and with additional availability preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Making sure food and drinks are served safely and to a high standard
- Keeping the bar and dining areas clean and organised
- Ensuring customers have a great experience every time they visit
- Providing top-notch customer service
- Reporting any concerns or issues as needed
- You’ll need to be able to commute to Hurst Place in Haywards Heath
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, outgoing personality
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and on your own
- Able to handle busy, fast-paced shifts
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Great people skills and a positive attitude
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt when needed
What You’ll Need:
- Experience in hospitality or the service industry
- Experience serving food and drinks
- A track record of providing excellent customer service
- Comfortable using EPOS systems and handling cash
- Experience with stocking, washing up, and assisting with events
