About the Role

As a Care Team Leader, you will oversee the night shift team, ensuring residents receive compassionate, person-centered care tailored to their needs. You will lead by example, providing guidance, support, and encouragement to staff while maintaining high standards in line with regulatory requirements.

  •  Leading the care team to deliver outstanding support to residents with dementia
  • Ensuring care plans are followed and updated appropriately
  • Providing hands-on care when needed, fostering dignity and independence
  • Overseeing medication administration and health monitoring
  • Supporting and mentoring night staff to maintain best practices
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professional

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working in a dementia care setting
  • A Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or willingness to work towards it)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Good knowledge of safeguarding and care standard
