Role: Housing Service Administrator

Location: Hampshire Lakes, Yateley

Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum pro rata

Hours: 30 hours per week 

About the role:

In this key role you will provide efficient and effective administration support to the Hampshire Lakes Village teams and Leaseholders.

Working hours:

The role requires the successful candidate to work an alternating weekly shift pattern of 8am to 2pm and 2pm to 8pm

As a Property Administrator you will:

  • Be the face of Hampshire Lakes, greeting and assisting stakeholders, staff and Service providers.
  • Liaise with the Hampshire Lakes village teams and provide administration support to complete projects.
  • Liaise with Leaseholders to resolve any day-to-day issues with the assistance of the onsite teams.
  • Assisting with the monthly billing process (training provided)
  • Initiating purchasing of products and being responsible for the full life cycle through to completion.
  • Creative input into the Village Event displays and functions (optional)

About you:

You must have previous experience of working within an administration or customer services role. More important is your flexible and pro-active style and your ability to work as part of a team in a busy, customer focused environment. To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to prioritise, work in an organised manner and use initiative
  •  Experience of working in a support/customer service environment
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, spreadsheets to intermediate level and ideally some experience of working with databases (Database training provided)
  • Proven administrative experience
  • The ability to build relationships with a range of people, remain customer focused and have a positive outlook
