About Us:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to be a key player in our dynamic data team, delivering high-quality reporting, analytics, and data science solutions that support decision-making across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards aligned with business needs and Anchor’s Accessibility UI framework.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate user requirements into actionable reporting solutions.
  • Provide consultation on data usage to unlock greater insight and value from Anchor’s core data assets.
  • Ensure all reporting solutions adhere to data governance, data lineage, and quality assurance standards.
  • Work alongside data engineers and QA teams to define data marts, test data integrity, and support deployment plans.
  • Document system and reporting processes within Azure DevOps.
  • Participate actively in Agile SCRUM ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Undertake exploratory data analysis to identify new opportunities and present compelling data stories with visualizations.


What We’re Looking For:

 

  • Proven experience in building and maintaining reporting solutions, ideally using Power BI and DAX.
  •  
  • Strong understanding of data models, data governance, and data quality practices.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Databricks is a plus.
  • Ability to work proactively in a collaborative Agile environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Degree educated or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of SCRUM and Agile methodologies.
