What You’ll Do:
- Ensuring that prompt and efficient service is carried out in the F&B areas.
- Ensuring that the restaurant is clean and well maintained, that table appointments including table arrangements are impeccable
- All areas are clean and stocked with the stipulated requirements
- Daily revenues and that cashiering procedures are followed
- Conducting pre-duty briefing in the absence of the Restaurant Manager or as assigned by the Restaurant Manager to be flexible and creative, working outside the box and across all areas of the house as per the business needs and in line with management directions.
Host Duties:
- Warmly greet guests, ensuring a professional and personal welcome.
- Manage table reservations and seating arrangements to optimise the guest experience.
- Liaise with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service operations.
- Uphold the restaurants high standards of hospitality, etiquette, and discretion.
- Assist with special events and private bookings.
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role desirable but not
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette.
- Ability to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests.
