Location: Coronation Drive, Ditton, Widnes, Cheshire, WA8 8BL
Hours: 42 hours per week (Nights)
Shift Pattern: 3 on, 3 off - 7:45pm to 8:00am.
Pay: £14.56 per hour / £31,842 per annum

About the Role
As a Care Team Leader (Nights), you will be instrumental in ensuring our residents receive high-quality, person-centred care throughout the night. Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you’ll oversee care delivery, lead and support staff across the shift, manage medication safely, conduct assessments, and ensure compliance with care and regulatory standards.
Your confident leadership will guide and motivate our care team, creating a nurturing and professional environment where both colleagues and residents can thrive.
