Labourer – Anchor Repairs & Property Services (ARPS)

Location: based from Seaham, County Durham covering various sites (travel required)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Salary: Competitive, plus company van and great benefits

At Anchor, we’re committed to creating safe, high-quality homes and communities where people love to live. Our Repairs & Property Services team is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable Labourer to join us and help keep our projects running smoothly.

What you’ll do

  • Support the Site Manager and site team with day-to-day project tasks
  • Keep work areas clean, tidy and safe at all times
  • Load, unload and coordinate materials on-site
  • Maintain company tools and equipment to a high standard
  • Complete site documentation accurately and on time
  • Liaise professionally with clients, colleagues and contractors
  • Use and care for a company van in line with policy

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in a trade, construction, or property maintenance role
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
  • Organised, adaptable and self-motivated with a professional approach
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Experience working in housing or care environments (desirable)
