The Role
As a Housekeeper, you will report to the Location Manager and be responsible for ensuring our home and shared spaces are well-maintained, hygienic, and welcoming. You’ll make sure cleaning products are used correctly, always following safety guidelines and health & safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- We’re seeking someone who takes pride in their work, with an eye for detail and a caring approach. Ideally, you will bring:
- Experience in cleaning and safe handling of cleaning products
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment (e.g. carpet cleaners)
- Awareness of workplace health & safety, including COSHH
- An understanding of confidentiality, data protection, and safeguarding vulnerable adults
- NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service (advantageous but not essential)

- Great organisational and time management skills
- A friendly, approachable personality with empathy and good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to prioritise tasks around resident needs
