Location: Coronation Drive, Ditton, Widnes, Cheshire, WA8 8BL
Hours: 42 hours per week (Nights)
Shift Pattern: 3 on, 3 off – 7:45pm to 8:00am
Pay: £14.56 per hour / £31,842 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

The Role:
As a Care Team Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind our night team. You’ll oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and valued. From managing medication and leading assessments to supervising and motivating staff, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance.
