Salary: circa. £48,000 per annum
Permanent, full time 37.5 hours per week
We’re looking for a Partner - Data Insights & Reporting to lead on people analytics and reporting. This is a key role in shaping our HR data strategy, ensuring high-quality workforce data and insights are available to drive informed decision-making across Anchor.
You’ll design and deliver meaningful reporting solutions, build predictive models and translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. Your work will directly support workforce planning, colleague experience and organisational performance - making this role central to our People & Culture strategy.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing, developing and maintaining HR dashboards and reports using advanced analytics tools.
- Analysing workforce data to highlight trends and opportunities that improve retention, engagement, and performance.
- Producing regular and ad-hoc reports for senior leaders, including headcount, turnover, and compliance metrics.
- Leading data governance and ensuring HR systems are accurate, consistent, and GDPR-compliant.
- Supporting workforce planning and succession strategies through predictive modelling and demographic analysis.
- Providing actionable insights that link colleague engagement to customer satisfaction.
- Working with IT and HR colleagues to enhance HRIS functionality.
- Driving process improvements and supporting the introduction of new analytics technologies.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in HR analytics, workforce planning or business intelligence.
- Experience working in a HR Analytics / Data Analyst or HR Data Insights and reporting role
- Strong data analysis and visualisation skills, with proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, data structures, and reporting frameworks.
- Understanding of GDPR, data protection, and compliance standards.
- Experience developing HR metrics and KPIs that support strategic goals.
- Background in regulated sectors would be advantageous.
- Highly analytical, detail-focused, and solutions-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
