Layston Grove is a contemporary residential care home, providing luxurious and comfortable facilities set in private landscaped gardens. Ideally located in the market town of Buntingford, Layston Grove offers first class residential and dementia care for up to 66 residents.

Required Skills:

•            Well organised with good time management skills.

•            Strong interpersonal and empathy skills and a friendly personality.

•            Able to work individually and as part of a team.

•            Ability to prioritise and plan around customer needs

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting residents with personal care, mobility, and daily routines

Helping to serve meals and encourage a positive dining experience

Assisting with activities and meaningful engagement

Being a friendly, familiar face for residents and their families

Promoting dignity, independence, and emotional wellbeing in every interaction
