Deputy Manager

Deputy Home Manager  – Trinity Lodge, Binley
Salary: £34,000 per year
Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday – Friday)

Trinity Lodge in Binley is seeking a dedicated and motivated professional to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for an experienced Team Leader ready to take the next step in their career, or a Deputy Home Manager with a strong understanding of care settings and the needs of older people.

As a key member of our management team, you will:

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality care in line with best practice standards.
• Apply your knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults.
• Lead on regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance and excellence.
• Support and inspire staff to provide person-centred, compassionate care.

• A customer-focused individual committed to exceptional care.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards.
• Previous management or supervisory experience in a care setting.
