We’re looking for a dedicated Administrator to join the team at Harden Hall Care Home in Walsall. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your administrative and financial skills to support the smooth running of our home and make a real difference every day.
About the Role
Reporting to the Home Manager, you will:
- Implement and maintain effective administrative and financial systems in line with company and regulatory requirements.
- Provide accurate information, reports, and documentation to support the running of the home.
- Manage financial transactions, including resident accounts, income collection, and payroll processes.
- Support compliance with CQC standards and internal policies.
- Ensure the highest standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism at all times.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A Level 2 qualification in Business Administration or Customer Service (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in an office or administrative environment.
- An understanding of financial procedures, debt management, and budget monitoring.
- Strong IT and data management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to plan, organise, and communicate effectively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality within a care setting would be an advantage.
