Join us as a Home Care Manager at Anchor to make a real and positive difference to the lives of older people.
You'll be responsible for managing all aspects of care delivery within the location. You will also be responsible for the delivery of quality service which meets CQC fundamental standards and improving the quality of customer’s lives.
You will play a lead role in working with the district manager in the mobilisation, development and implementation of the Home Care service.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and previous experience of working within a home care service.
Ideally the candidate should possess Level 5 Diploma in leadership for health and social care and children and young people’s services or with a view of working towards this.
