Job title: Service Improvement Adviser (Lifestyle / Wellness / Activities Lead)
Location: Homebased/Regional – Leeds / Bradford (West Yorkshire) with regular travel across Anchor Hanover locations. The role requires 4 days care home based, 1 day home working.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and results driven Service Improvement Adviser.
You will have a proven track record in delivering customer focused service improvements, with a strong emphasis on lifestyle and activities, ideally within an elderly care setting.
You will join a flexible, creative and multi-skilled team providing support to care homes; locally, regionally and nationally.
Your transferrable skills will enable you to develop and extend your lead area (Lifestyle & Activities) to provide support and influence the effective delivery of catering, environmental improvements, housekeeping and care practice.
In addition to providing ‘hands on’ guidance and support for homes you will have strong interpersonal skills that enable you to deliver developmental and inspiring workshops which enthuse lasting change.
