Customer Centre Advisor – Anchor Hanover Support Hub, Bradford – 12 months fixed term contract
Salary £20,440.08 rising up to £21,440.08 pro-rata after successful completion of probation and training.

We an exciting opportunity within our Customer Enquiries team within our extensive Customers Centre.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for handling all contact from new and existing customers, both internal and external, regarding Anchor Hanover services.
You will contribute to providing an exceptional end to end customer experience at every touch point, working to a principle of ‘right first time’.
As an empowered and motivated individual, you will provide outstanding customer service and will take ownership to constantly identify recommendations to ensure Anchor Hanover remains the market leader.
You will have a customer service background Ideally in a call centre environment.
You will have an excellent attention to detail & take pride in delivery a fully accurate service.
You will contribute to department service levels, which helps maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Key activities for our department include, but are not exhaustive of:
• First point of contact for many different customers, including Existing customers, New customers, relatives & health care professionals by answering a high volume of calls whilst providing an excellent customer experience.
• Responding to emails from internal and external customers.
• Registering applications for housing, whilst cross selling to make sure we match the customers’ needs by Maximising occupancy through establishing customer need and providing appropriate housing solutions with the customer at the heart of every decision.
• Registering enquiries for Residential care homes to maximise occupancy.
• Providing accurate and informative updates on customer housing applications.
We have Full Time opportunities available in this team to work during our opening hours which are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturdays 8am to 4pm. Working in a modern city centre location with excellent transport links.
