Customer Services Advisor – Lettings
Location: Bradford
Salary: £20,440.08 rising to £21,440.08 after successful completion of a 6 months’ probation
Contract Type: up to 12 Months Fixed Term
Hours: 37.5 between 8am and 6pm
About the role:
Anchor’s Customer Centre provides sector leading customer service, offering opportunities and choice in where and how older people live. Working within a high performing, passionate and diverse team, you will need to:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by letting properties to people in which they will love living in later life
- Work closely with our operational colleagues to successfully lead and support the lettings process
- Be an excellent team player, supporting colleagues to ensure properties are let efficiently in line with business goals
- Identify trends and escalate any areas of concern to the relevant parties
- Drive your personal development within Anchor.
About You
If you’ve got previous experience in letting properties and/or working with older people, we’d love to hear from you. However, if you’ve got a genuine enthusiasm for providing a high standard of customer service by putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, you will also be the person for us. We’d also like you to have:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexibility, resilience and the ability to adapt within an ever-changing environment
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills – previous call handling experience would be good but it’s not essential
- The capability to build effective relationships with our operational colleagues
- The ability to multi-task, prioritise and forward plan so you can effectively manage competing demands
- A comprehensive working knowledge of MS office application, in particular Excel, Outlook and Word
