We are looking to recruit an experienced Food & Beverage Assitant to work in the restaurant at Wetherby Manor to assist the manager in delivering a high quality dining and hospitality experience
This role offers excellent work life balance, you will be working 37 hours per week, with daytime hours. The role is working 5 days over 7 with every other weekend off.
Shift times are between 0730 - 1830, either earlies or afternoons.
You will preferably be from a higher end hospitality background, with restaurant & bar experience and ideally you will have your level 2 food hygiene certificate.
Responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a quality catering service in line with health, safety and hygiene requirements.
- Compliance with food safely hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Escalating concerns and issues.
Required knowledge & experience:
- Level 2 food safety certificate.
- Health & safety procedures including control of substances harmful to health (COSHH)
- Previous experience of working in a high end restaurant setting.
