Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Due to the geography of the patch the successful candidate will ideally be located in or around Surrey/ Buckinghamshire/ Hampshire.
This national role reports to the Director of Villages & Care Services for the South and will have responsibility for all aspects of housing, villages, and independent living schemes with care (with exception of care homes in villages). You will be a proactive leader who is accountable for driving performance and high levels of customer satisfaction. In this role you will lead a team of direct reports, to deliver services of a high standard, promote happy living and meet or exceed customer expectations at Anchor’s Retirement Villages and Independent Living Schemes property portfolio.
What we require from you:
- Experience of housing, care, and care home services
- Managing multi-site operational function with dispersed teams
- Working in a customer focused environment.
- Managing a budget and financial planning.
- Experience a housing setting and the needs of older people.
- Strong people management
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder relationship management.
Preferred experience:
- Managed Leaseholds & Leases
- Senior Level experience managing Retirement Villages
- Commercial experience
- Management of Food & Beverage operations
