Anchor are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Apprentice to join this friendly and forward thinking team. This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop your transferable skills in the workplace, learn about all aspects of a Marketing function within an organisation, and work with a range of teams and people.
The Role:
To undertake and deliver customer focused marketing activities for all of Anchors care homes, ensuring they are within the Anchor brand standards, specified budget and create maximum awareness and response.
The successful candidate will complete a Marketing Assistant Apprenticeship with the Cambridge Marketing College.
You will work with colleagues at our care homes and within care services. You will also have working relationships with our media and print agencies, in addition to other external companies, such as online directories.
You will be expected to demonstrate the following behaviours throughout the apprenticeship:
