Hybrid working- Home/Bradford office
We are looking to recruit an experienced Onboarding Advisor with previous experience and knowledge in Onboarding - dealing with candidate documents, DBS checks, references, contracts . You will:
- Provides support/guidance to Hiring Mangers through the overall onboarding process.
- Promote the use of the Applicant Tracking System (My Recruit)
- Conducting identity, right to work, home office and DBS checks for all candidates across Anchor, ensuring they are fully compliant
- Manage phone calls from internal an external customers and deal with their enquiries
Key accountabilities and decision making:
- Act as the first point of contact for queries regarding the Applicant Tracking System (My Recruit), ensuring candidates and managers receive a professional, high quality service and have a positive recruitment experience
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure all pre-employment checks are complete eg (DBS, eligibility to live and work in the UK, references, health declaration and qualifications)
- Ensure all contracts of employment, offer letters and other contractual paperwork comply with HR best practice and relevant employment legislation
Knowledge:
- A good working knowledge of general IT systems and MS Office applications (particularly Excel)
- Strong experience and technical understanding of using an ATS (applicant tracking system) to manage recruitment & onboarding
Skills:
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to relate impact of own role to wider organisational plans
- Ability to build effective relationships, both internally and externally, showing sensitivity for others' viewpoints and valuing diversity
- Flexible team player, with an ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
Experience and Qualifications:
- Customer Service qualification desirable

Relevant vocational qualifications in numeracy and literacy
