About the role
Working across some of our retirement housing schemes you will be good at engaging with people from all backgrounds who live with us as well as many different statutory and voluntary organisations that will be coming in to offer health and wellbeing services and activities to our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Helping residents to live independently and visiting them to assess and meet their support needs
- Promoting social activities on the estate and in the wider community
- Working closely with the statutory and voluntary sectors to provide a seamless service and liaise with residents’ relatives
About you
We are looking for people who are energetic, flexible and passionate about wellbeing services to older people. You will be able to think beyond what you see and hear to help people access services that could help them. You will want to make a difference.
