Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Bradford
Salary: £20,435.01 rising to £21,435.01 after successful completion of a 6 month probation
Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Hours: 37.5 per week
About the role:
Advisors are one of our first points of contact to identify either a home ownership, housing, or care solution for a wide variety of needs. You will be the ‘go to person’ within the organisation for colleagues or customers seeking support with process, exceptions to process, CRM input/navigation, compliance and dispute resolution.
You will also be providing direction and advice to colleagues across the wider business to remain compliant with regulations such as TSA, Housing Ombudsman, Housing, GDPR, PCI
You will work within the following specialised department sat within the Customer Services function:
- CCST & Repairs
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team, facilitating the sale of our leasehold and freehold properties. You will be a touchstone between customers, solicitors, estate agents and colleagues, providing a first-class service and constantly working towards our key principle of ‘Right First Time’.
This role comes with the future possibility of studying for a qualification in the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM).
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Genuine enthusiasm for providing a high standard of customer service
- The ability to build strong and effective relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Great attention to detail
- Flexibility, resilience and be able to adapt within an ever-changing environment
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise
- A comprehensive working knowledge of MS office application, in particular Excel, Outlook and Word
