About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team.

The HR team provide vital continual support to employees throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to the day they leave and every aspect in between.

This role provides first point of contact to internal customers for general HR support by dealing with a wide range of HR related queries.

This includes but not limited to:

  • Administering HR transactions and documentation such as rewards, references, contract changes, dealing with leavers and supporting with DBS renewals for example.
  • Provide support and user guidance to internal customers to ensure optimum utilisation of the myHR (HR system)
  • Managing Service requests through the askHR portal
  • Entering data on to the HR system ensuring this is up to data and entered accurately

What you’ll need

You’ll require:

  • Knowledge and understanding of systems, processes and procedures relating to the department
  • Knowledge and experience of HR technical discipline and/or legal or regulatory framework 
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and specialist software or systems relating to role
  • Knowledge of working structures, roles and responsibilities
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively
  • Be highly computer literate - iTrent experience would be a distinct advantage
  • The ability to analyse complex information and data and solve problems
