About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Data, Analytics and Reporting to join our award-winning business. This is a leadership role Reporting directly to the CTO.
Experience:
- 10+ years working in a Care/Housing context
- Experience working in Information Technology
- Experience in Data modelling, database design and data governance awareness
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
Knowledge:
Practical/technical knowledge:
- Experience of data challenges in a medium/large size organisation (Housing/Care experience and added benefit)
- Knowledge of data governance and management practices
- Knowledge of data lakes, ingestion techniques and the Azure Data Factory platform.
Planning:
- Good planning principles
- Ability to manage resources, and plan work across several skillsets
- Proven ability to manage third parties synergizing third party work with in-house efforts
Communicating & influencing skills:
- Must have strong interpersonal, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain new tools and concepts, including data opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of Anchor’s core data and data platform
- The delivery of Anchor’s data analytics and data science capability
- The ownership of reporting for the organization
