Job Title:         Relationship Manager (North)

Location:         Home based with frequent travel across the North of England

Salary:             Circa £45,000 (including car allowance)

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours:             37.5

Anchor is expanding our new development team and we’re recruiting talented individuals to help us achieve our target of providing over 3200 new homes where people love living in later life.

About the role:

You will identify, establish, develop & nurture relationships with key local authorities and other stakeholders, in particular those with potential to be multi-site partners/ longer term relationships, with the aim of securing new partnerships for development within the approved Development Plan’ target areas

You will be an ambassador for Anchor, representing the organisation in connection with new business and maintaining quality dialogue with potential partners which is reflected in any submissions made and that any representation is made with the customer in mind.

About you:

You will have:

Previous experience working in a residential environment, preferably demonstrating expertise and insight in older persons’ housing management or development.

Experience of building and managing relationship with stakeholders is essential as is report writing with clarity and accuracy.

Please note due to the nature of the role being home based and the size of documentation that is received daily, the post holder will need to have fast fibre-broadband access
