Job Title: Marketing Executive Apprentice
Location: Sales Suite The Atlas, St Andrew’s Road, Uxbridge
Contract Type: 21 months FTC
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours
Pay rate: £5.76 p/h increasing to £6.55 p/h after 6 months, then £9.50 p/h after 12 months
Anchor are looking for an enthusiastic Level 3 Marketing apprentice to join the friendly and forward-thinking Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop your transferable skills in the workplace, learn about all aspects of a sales and marketing function within an organisation, and work with a range of teams and people.
About the role
Reporting into the Sales & Marketing Manager for New Developments, the responsibilities will include working with The Atlas Sales & Marketing team to plan and execute the marketing campaigns to produce leads which are to be passed over to the sales team.
The role will include but not be limited to:
Managing The Atlas website content and stats
Implementing and managing the Salesforce marketing plan for The Atlas
External paid and organic social media, with agency support
Liaising with Media agency on results and planning for future campaigns
Responsible for maintaining lead database for the development
Producing personalised video material for potential customers and stakeholders
Generating leads and managing communications using our Salesforce data base
Support the relevant Development Advisors and Regional Sales Manager throughout the sales process
Provide assistance with event planning and promotion
With training and support ensure correspondence is compliant with relevant legislations and guidelines, both internally and externally
About you
We are looking for someone who has a desire to learn and commit to this great opportunity.
Experience isn't necessary but if you have a creative approach talking about interactive tools like Tiktok and Instagram we want to hear from you
You will have an enthusiastic attitude towards sales, have a willingness to learn and be a good communicator.
