About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst Team Leader to join our award-winning business. The successful candidate will manage a team of 6 Data Analysts and be responsible for Anchors Property and Asset Department's QA and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Management of the Data Analysts
- Quality assure work produced by Data Analysts
- Providing data expertise, support and advice to the wider Property and Assets department.
- Liaising with stakeholders to determine reporting/analysis requirements.
- Meeting deadlines for both periodic and ad-hoc reports.
- Ensuring Data Analysts efficiently use tools and systems to support the wider department.
- Representing the Business Intelligence function and providing data expertise in projects and working groups.
- Supporting the development of system interfaces and data models
- Ensuring the organisation can produce accurate and reliable legislative and rating information.
- Support independent validations and audits.
Essential experience
- Worked in a line management position.
- Production of KPIs, Reports and Dashboards.
- Forecasting works and budgets.
- Stakeholder Management.
- Ability and willingness to learn SQL and other data languages as required.
- Property maintenance/asset management or similar technical background.
- Utilising and administering complex databases.
- Database configuration and maintenance.
- Customer Relationship Management.
- General commercial awareness and understanding of business processes.
- Demonstrable experience of project management and project management tools.
- Experience of applying core analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Report presentation, both written and verbal.
