Job Title: Data Analyst
Hours: Full-time, permanent
Salary: £30,000
Location: Remote working
The analyst role focuses on developing dashboards and reports, tracking KPI’s, analysing the impact of various initiatives and performing deep-dive analyses to support all areas of the Property and Assets department.
You will:
Provide trusted data driven insights and reports relating to the performance of the Property and Assets department. This will include handling large datasets and translating into meaningful reports, primarily within MS Excel.
Partner with key stakeholders within Property and Assets to gather, understand and document detailed business reporting requirements. To include managing stakeholder expectations, and efficient workload prioritisation.
Present analyses and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. This will require the ability to communicate clearly and confidently without the use of jargon, acronyms, or technical terms.

Essential
- Advanced MS Excel
- Clear communication and confidence when presenting findings
- Proficient with other MS applications
- Experience with building dashboards in Excel
- Experience handling large datasets within Excel
- Experience gathering and delivering against reporting requirements
- Sharp attention to detail
- Application of core analytical and problem-solving skills
Desirable:
- Commercial mindset
- Experience within Housing sector
- Ability or willingness to learn SQL and other data languages as required
- Experience with Power BI
