Job Title: Recruitment Marketing Executive
Contract and Hours: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £25,000 – £29,000 dependent on experience
Location: Hybrid- homeworking with a minimum of 3 days per week in the Bradford office
About the role
We are looking for a confident individual with a passion for a career in marketing with a continual desire to grow and build on experience.
Working with the Recruitment Marketing Manager and the wider Communications & Marketing team, you will provide a professional and effective recruitment marketing service, delivering marketing expertise and campaign management to support the objectives of the Recruitment team.
You will:
- Create high quality written and video content for Anchor’s recruitment social media accounts, recruitment campaigns and the careers website
- Maintain and improve Anchor’s employer brand reputation on Indeed and Glassdoor, plus monitor/respond to reviews
- Support the Recruitment Marketing Manager in ensuring the employer brand is delivered across campaigns, activities and collateral.
- Obtain testimonials from colleagues to use on social media, blogs, PR case studies and in campaigns.
- Manage specialist job board advertising, liaising with Anchor’s external media agency and the recruitment team to identify, book and post ad hoc job adverts.
About you
You will:
- Have strong written communication and ability to write to a set tone of voice and brand guidelines.
- Have good communication skills with confidence to engage with colleagues at different levels of seniority.
- Be able to prioritise and manage multiple projects at any one time.
- Have strong commitment to, and understanding of, confidentiality.
- Support a climate where diversity is valued and celebrated.
- Have copywriting and content generation experience
- Have proofreading experience
- Have some marketing experience especially around social media or content creation – this would be beneficial but not essential.
