Recruitment Marketing Manager
Contract: 12 months fixed term (to start early September)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum dependent on experience
Location: Hybrid (home working and Bradford office)
Join our team as a Recruitment Marketing Manager and play a key role in providing a professional and effective recruitment marketing service to Anchor. Working in the Marketing team, you will deliver expertise and campaign management to the Recruitment team, ensuring the implementation of successful recruitment marketing strategies and achieving recruitment targets. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end applicant attraction campaigns, overseeing recruitment advertising, and maintaining the Anchor employer brand.
As the Recruitment Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, manage external agencies, and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment function.
Key Accountabilities and Decision Making:
- Create and manage proactive end-to-end applicant attraction campaigns across various marketing channels to meet recruitment targets and objectives/KPIs.
- Oversee recruitment advertising, including channel selection, media booking, and creative and messaging development for online and offline campaigns.
- Manage external marketing and recruitment agencies to ensure timely and budget-compliant campaign delivery.
- Maintain the Anchor employer brand and value proposition in alignment with the overall brand positioning, identity, and tone of voice, infusing creativity into all recruitment marketing activities.
- Provide line management to the Recruitment Marketing Executive.
- Manage the recruitment marketing budget, collaborating with HR budget holders, raising purchase orders, and recording expenditure.
- Oversee recruitment social media accounts, including strategy, paid and organic content creation, scheduling, and performance reporting.
- Work with the Digital team to manage the careers website, ensuring engaging and relevant content and utilising reporting tools for performance monitoring and improvement.
- Deliver high-quality written and video content that supports the recruitment strategy and campaigns, catering to audience and channel needs.
- Gather and evaluate data, deliver reports on recruitment marketing targets, and use insights to inform future decision-making and enhance campaign performance.
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and their application to drive business performance.
- Expertise in managing high-level, effective marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Awareness of the latest marketing trends.
- Ability to analyse and present data reports, with a focus on ROI.
- Understanding of legal obligations, including GDPR, in marketing.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing successful marketing campaigns, with a focus on digital advertising.
- Extensive experience in handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- People management experience.
- Defining and managing budgets.
- Account management, brand management and media planning.
- Digital marketing skills, including paid media (PPC, display, social, email).
- Copywriting, content generation, proofreading and evaluation.
