BIM Manager
Location: Remote Work with Frequent Travel
Salary: Up to £65,177 (Dependent on Experience) + £6,200 Car Allowance
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

As a BIM Manager, you will collaborate with the Head of Technical and Commercial to strategise effective integration of BIM processes and data management within new developments and ongoing asset management.
Role Highlights:
- Spearhead BIM implementation in new development initiatives, including Regeneration and Infill Projects.
- Maintain consistency across Anchor by integrating new development data into the broader business framework for streamlined asset management.
- Lead and mentor a team, offering guidance, training, and support for BIM adoption in diverse development projects.
- Collaborate with external consultants, development teams, and contractors, ensuring BIM procedures are adhered to during contract procurement.
- Act as an Anchor representative, adeptly showcasing the organisation's values and goals.
- Manage team resources, identifying skill gaps and allocating appropriate resources to support new opportunities.
About You:
Your profile includes:
- Proficiency in BIM software systems for design modeling and data management.
- Track record in creating and maintaining information databases.
- Expertise in CAD design, construction technology, and processes.
- Leadership experience in an agile working environment.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in complex and dynamic settings.
- Understanding of stakeholder needs and concerns, both internal and external.
- Successful risk management history, capable of balancing design, commercial viability, and delivery.
