The role
We are currently recruiting for a Night Care Team Leader to join our team – working at 36.75 hours per week at the rate of £13.96 / salary of £26,752.97 per annum

What does it mean to be a Care Team Leader?
- Managing / Supporting your Care team – through rotas, compliance, and performance reviews.
- Ensuring resident safety through medication, incident reports / escalations, Anchor compliance and CQC fundamental standards.
- Working closely with the Management Team to ensure a smooth running of the home.
Who are we looking for?
- Passionate Care professionals
- Confident shift leaders / people managers
- Knowledgeable around CQC standards and Safeguarding
- Commitment to ensuring a high quality of care.
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care or working towards.
