Care Oversight and Intelligence Analyst

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Care Oversight & Intelligence Analyst to join the organisation.
This is a home-based role with occasional travel to meetings.
About the role:
The Care Oversight & Intelligence Analyst will deliver a clear overview of performance, compliance and risk indicators across the care portfolio using intelligence from multiple data reporting systems and platforms. You will support the care quality and operational teams to drive continuous improvements in care quality through robust data analysis at a national, regional, district and individual home level.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide high quality intelligence oversight reporting on a regular basis (defined by the nature of the reporting cycle) and bespoke analysis to drive regulatory assurance and improve resident care
- Provide responsive support to operational teams in the effective use of care services systems and reporting
- Support the development of a single view of service compliance which enables deep dive analysis, targeted support and the ability to impartially measure improvement progress
Required knowledge & experience:
- Detailed knowledge of regulatory and legislative requirements in relation to older peoples residential care
- Extensive experience and use of Digital Care Planning and Digital Medication Administration Records (PCS & VCare – preferable)
- Solid knowledge of care practice in care homes to enable the identification and triangulation of care practice risks
- A track record of developing data led service improvements and an excellent insight into best care practice
