Are you ready to lead the strategic delivery within the Development sector, delivering operational excellence? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to our Development Delivery function.
As Head of Delivery, you'll be at the forefront of driving the day-to-day operational success of development projects across our portfolio. Reporting directly to the Director of Development Delivery, you'll have the autonomy to lead your team towards achieving our business objectives while ensuring adherence to governance frameworks and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team to deliver on business cases and programme outputs.
- Set strategic targets and empower team members to excel in their roles.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and personal development.
- Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and consultants.
What You'll Need:
- Extensive experience in housing development, preferably in the social housing sector.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge of construction industry standards.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
Qualifications:
- Degree/HNC level education or equivalent.
- Project Management qualification (e.g., APM, Prince2, MSP).
- Professional membership (e.g., MCIOB, MRICS, CIH).
- CSCS card holder.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business travel.
