8 am - 8 pm, 42 hours per week
3 on and 3 off rota
Become a Team Leader at Glenvale Park care home and make a significant and positive impact on the lives of the elderly. Glenvale Park is a modern residential care home offering luxurious and comfortable amenities within its private landscaped gardens. Situated in the bustling market town of Wellingborough, it provides premier residential and dementia care to as many as 66 residents.
What are we looking for?
- someone who is customer focused
- A person dedicated to providing exceptional, high-quality care
- strong attention to detail
You'll be responsible for caring for people with a wide range of needs as well as dispensing medication. This role will also give you the opportunity to use your management skills to ensure a high level of quality care is being delivered.
Although it is not essential to possess a Level 3 qualification in health and social care, having an interest in working towards it is important.
