8 am - 8 pm, 42 hours per week
3 on and 3 off rota
Overstone House is a modern residential care home offering luxurious and comfortable amenities within its private landscaped gardens. Situated in the charming village of Overstone, it provides premier residential and dementia care to as many as 66 residents.
We are currently seeking four enthusiastic senior carers to lead and manage their small team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and the efficient operation of a designated floor throughout each shift.
Your responsibilities will include
- Managing and administering medication
- Reviewing and updating resident care plans
- Mentoring less experienced staff in your team
- Completing return to work discussions and staff supervisions
- Prioritising the needs of our residents
Candidate Requirements:
You should have obtained or be in the process of obtaining a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, demonstrating your dedication and enthusiasm for the field. You will be eager to join a dynamic team, taking on the role of 'senior' to ensure that the home consistently meets the required standards and procedures.
