Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday. Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
8 am - 8 pm, 42 hours per week
Layston Grove is a modern residential care home offering luxurious and comfortable amenities amidst private landscaped gardens. Perfectly situated in the market town of Buntingford, it provides premier residential and dementia care to as many as 66 residents.
We are in search of two Senior Care Assistants who will lead and manage their compact teams to uphold and sustain high care standards, as well as supervise the seamless operation of a designated floor throughout each shift.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and administering medication
- Reviewing and updating resident care plans
- Mentoring the staff in your team
- Completing return to work discussions, staff supervisions, and other staff compliance
Candidate Requirements:
You should either have achieved or be in the process of obtaining a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, demonstrating your dedication and enthusiasm for caregiving. You'll be eager to join a dynamic team, taking on the role of 'senior' in charge, and ensuring that the home consistently meets the required standards.
