Job Title: Regional Support Manager
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £50,000 per annum, plus car allowance
Contract: Fixed Term Contract 12 months
Travel across: Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Surrey
The Role:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Regional Support Manager to join our team, offering support and guidance to Home Mangers and the wider care services team.
What does it mean to be a Regional Support Manager?
- Providing support to care homes - enhance the quality and efficiency of care homes within your region, through service improvement, training, mentoring and troubleshooting.
- Stepping in as Registered Manager - delivering a service which is economically viable, manages resources effectively to meet customer expectations.
- Collaborating with Senior Care Management – working closely with District Managers / Director of Care to support and implement upcoming projects.
Who are we looking for?
- Excellent coaching and support skills – Demonstrated ability to guide, support and develop colleagues to succeed.
- Outstanding leadership / people management skills – promoting a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
- A strong understanding of CQC standards – strong knowledge of CQC standards and their impact in care management and practice
- Time Management & Organisation Skills – Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and organize tasks to meet deadlines and priorities.
- Problem Solving – the ability to critically analyse data and develop / manage a succession plan.
