£35,000 plus pension and benefits
As a New Homes Officer, you will assist the New Homes Managers, Head of New Homes, Director of Development Delivery, and the wider development team with the administration and documentation requirements for the smooth transition of new homes into the business. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timely presentation of documentation and information, supporting the successful delivery of new homes projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the new homes team in managing the administration and documentation requirements for new home projects.
- Ensuring appropriate and accurate documentation is provided by development managers in line with agreed timescales.
- Presenting information in the appropriate format and at agreed times into the business.
- Maintaining exceptional organisation to ensure documentation is stored and version controlled appropriately.
- Undertaking other administrative duties as required.
- Working as part of a high-performing team focused on achieving Anchor’s strategic growth target of 500 homes per year.
About You
To be successful in this role ideally you will have/be:
- Project Management qualification (desirable).
- Have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for occasional business use.
Experience of:
- Providing accurate information and documentation to a variety of stakeholders.
- Following project management principles.
- Delivering successful outcomes with external and internal stakeholders, including residents.
- Interpreting the needs and aspirations of various internal and external customers and stakeholders.
- Housing and care needs of older people (desirable).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent administrative and documentation management skills.
- Ability to ensure accuracy and timeliness in presenting information.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for documentation and project management.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to sites as required.
