Job Title: Wellbeing & Activities Manager
Location: West Hall – West Byfleet, Surrey, KT15 6EY
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £29,000 per annum

Join us at West Hall as our Wellbeing & Activities Manager and lead the charge in creating extraordinary experiences for our residents. With a salary of £26,862.00 per annum for 37.5 hours per week, this is your opportunity to make a profound impact.
What does it mean to be a Wellbeing Manager?
- Inspire Creativity: Lead a team of enthusiastic Activities Coordinators to design innovative, person centered wellbeing activities.
- Drive Innovation: lead creative wellbeing programs that not only engage our residents but also inspire active participation among colleagues.
- Community Engagement: Create positive community connections and tap into local opportunities.
- Holistic Support: Collaborate with our Lodge Managers and General Manager to support the emotional, psychological, and physical well-being of our residents – putting their life history, interests, and passions at the heart of West Hall.
Who are we looking for?
- A Passionate Advocate: A dedicated wellbeing champion with a creative flair to design and deliver unique wellbeing initiatives.
- Outstanding leadership and people management skills: promoting a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Care Expertise: A complete understanding of the needs of older people, dementia care and person-centred care.
