Food and Beverage Team Leader
£13.41 per hour
40 hours per week
Location: The Kite Bar and Restaurant at Denham Garden Village
Business Hours are 11am-11pm

Job Purpose:
To ensure a high-quality food and beverage service is delivered to customers, in line with health, safety, and hygiene requirements, while providing an outstanding dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service and promote services within the bar, restaurant, and shop.
- Lead and develop the team to provide outstanding customer experiences.
- Assist in managing the hospitality budget and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Ensure adherence to all licensing legislation and health & safety requirements.
- Manage staff rotas
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of licensing legislation.
- Personal Licence Holder or willing to obtain.
- Understanding of the needs of older people.
- Proficient in EPOS systems and business IT tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong leadership and management capabilities.
- Computer literate with advanced Excel skills.
- Budget management and cash reconciliation experience.
- A proactive, “can do” attitude.
- You must be able to reliably commute to Denham Garden Village in Uxbridge
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience managing a restaurant and bar or similar service in the licensed trade.
- Proven people management experience.
