What does it mean to be a Customer Relations Manager?
- Be the face of our care home - As the first point of contact for all sales enquiries, you’ll be instrumental in building relationships with prospective residents and their families. Your friendly and empathetic approach will help turn queries into completed sales and ensure our care home is always buzzing with activity.
- Drive Success - Develop and implement innovative strategies to generate customer enquiries, support occupancy levels, and help our home meet KPI’s and targets.
- Community Engagement – You’ll be a key player in our community outreach efforts, creating initiatives that strengthen our relationships and presence in the local community.
