Job Title: Chef de Partie
Location: The Kite Bar & Restaurant - Uxbridge
Pay Rate: £14.44 per hour
Hours: 40 per week

Do you love cooking and want to make people happy with great food? We're on the lookout for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our team and help us deliver amazing meals while keeping everything safe and tidy in the kitchen.

What We Offer:

  • Great working hours: 7.30am – 6.00 pm (with the occasional finish at 9.00 pm for events)
  • Flexible shifts can be considered
  • Training and opportunities to grow your skills

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of delicious meals
  • Help close down the kitchen, including stock rotation and keeping things clean
  • Work closely with the team to make sure everything runs smoothly and on time
  • Keep an eye on reducing food waste
  • Follow all food safety and health guidelines
  • Keep your section of the kitchen clean and tidy
  • Get involved in team meetings and training
  • Safely use kitchen equipment and report any issues
  • Always stick to company standards and procedures

What You’ll Need:

  • Previous experience working in a busy kitchen
  • A good understanding of food safety
  • Knowledge of different food groups and food service
