Location: Bradford Office/Hybrid
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: 18-month Fixed Term Contract

What You’ll Be Doing:
Own the MyRecruit ATS: Become the go-to person for our Applicant Tracking System, making recruitment smooth and efficient for everyone.
Get Involved in Real Recruitment: You’ll help with everything from shortlisting candidates to selecting the best talent, working alongside hiring managers to find the right people.
Build Connections: You’ll chat with colleagues, candidates, and managers via email or phone, making sure everything runs smoothly. Your communication game will be strong!
Stay on Top of Compliance: You’ll make sure we’re ticking all the legal boxes – helping with DBS checks, right-to-work verifications, and more.
Keep Everyone in the Loop: You'll update hiring managers on how their candidates are progressing, keeping everything on track.
