Key Details:
Location: The Lakeside Bistro at Hampshire Lakes, Yateley
Rate: £14.44 per hour (equivalent to £30,035.20 annually)
Hours: 37.5 per week with sociable working hours
Development Opportunities: Training and career progression available.
Shift Patterns:
7.30 am – 4 pm
9.30 am – 6 pm
Varied start time – 8.30 pm finish on event nights only.
Alternate weekends off
Job Role:
As Chef de Partie, your responsibilities involve:
Preparing a high-quality, varied menu.
Collaborating with the kitchen team for timely food delivery.
Minimizing wastage and maintaining hygiene.
Ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Operating kitchen equipment safely and keeping the kitchen orderly.
This role is perfect for someone with culinary skills, team spirit, and a passion for high-quality service.
