We’re currently seeking a dedicated Head Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping team in ensuring a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for our residents.
About the Role:
As Head Housekeeper, you’ll report directly to the Home Manager and oversee a small team committed to creating a warm, pleasant space for residents and guests alike. From residents’ rooms to our shared spaces, your leadership will play a key role in maintaining the exceptional standard that Mayflower Court is known for.
What We Offer:
Competitive Salary: £24,326 per year (£12.44 per hour), with all hours paid (Increasing in April 2025)

What You’ll Bring:
Experience: Proven success in a similar environment, with a strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation, including COSHH and safeguarding practices
Skills: Confident use of cleaning products and equipment (e.g., carpet cleaners), with an emphasis on safe and efficient practices
Knowledge: Familiarity data protection, and confidentiality standards, ensuring residents’ safety and privacy are always upheld
