We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Head of Housing Services. As a crucial member of our organisation, you will be responsible for leading and driving the housing services strategy and performance within your defined regional boundary.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering best-in-sector housing and support services to our Anchor residents. Your key responsibilities include providing high-profile leadership to operational housing teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, responsive services tailored to our diverse range of products, and maintaining a highly trained, engaged, and customer-focused workforce.
As a Regional Head, you'll collaborate with your peers to minimise duplication, manage resources efficiently, and foster joint action and learning. Your strategic vision and operational plans will optimise rented housing and homeownership functions, ensuring excellent and efficient services for current and future residents.
You’ll also be responsible for a strategic function in the business, such as Income Recovery, Resident Wellbeing, Allocations or Homeownership support.
Qualifications and Experience:
We're looking for someone with proven experience and knowledge of the housing sector, including rented housing and homeownership. Your track record in leadership and management, ability to navigate change in a fast-paced environment, and experience in managing multiple functions and priorities will set you apart.
Personal Attributes:
Your strong communication skills, ability to make sound judgments, and capacity to influence others positively will be essential. You'll be a strategic thinker, adept at risk assessment and business and financial planning. Additionally, your resilience, flexibility, and willingness to travel to meet business needs are key attributes we value.
