Drive Events & Marketing for Over-55s Housing
At Anchor, we create high-quality homes for people in later life. As our Senior Events & Marketing Executive, you’ll lead events, campaigns, and local partnerships to drive lead generation and sales for our new developments nationally.
Your Role
- Plan and deliver launch events, open days, and regional brand activations.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.
- Write compelling content for events, digital campaigns, and social media.
- Build relationships with community groups, media agencies, and suppliers.
- Track campaign success and use insights to improve results.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in events and marketing (property sector preferred).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Flexibility to attend events outside core office hours.
